Behaviorally Psyched was created by Cheyanne Flournoy, M.S., BCBA, LBA after spending 8 years in the ABA field. Having experienced working with both large private-equity companies as well as small BCBA-owned companies, she was able to gain experience on the parts of each type of company that worked best.
Rather than continue to work for others, Cheyanne decided to go off on her own and start a company rooted in client-centered services and create a space for clients, families, and practitioners that can bring everyone together as a team.
Cheyanne has had experience as an RBT, mid-level provider, BCBA, and director level experience for several years. She specializes in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, primarily aged 1-15 in the home, community, and clinic settings. She received her bachelor's in psychology with a minor in Public Health from Central Washington University, as well as her master's in psychology with a focus in ABA from Capella University. Her main areas of interest include promoting independence that will most directly impact clients' lives, helping reduce harmful behaviors, continued ethical and effective training for RBT’s, and supervising future analyst’s.
